Take Charge of Menopause
Menopause - Improve your Cognition, Improve your quality of life
Menopause is a significant life transition that affects millions of women, often bringing physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges. Symptoms such as brain fog, memory lapses, mood swings, and difficulty concentrating can impact daily life, work performance, and overall well-being. These cognitive changes are linked to hormonal fluctuations, particularly the decline in estrogen, which plays a crucial role in brain function. Many women struggle to maintain mental clarity and focus, leading to frustration and a decline in confidence during this stage of life.
Genius Gyms Cognitive training offers a proactive approach to improving brain health during menopause, helping women enhance memory, processing speed, and decision-making. By engaging in targeted mental exercises—especially those that integrate movement and auditory tasks—women can strengthen neural pathways and maintain cognitive sharpness. Research suggests that structured brain training can improve attention, reduce mental fatigue, and support emotional resilience, ultimately enhancing quality of life during menopause.
NEUROSCIENCE AND EXERCISE
Genius Gyms is a ground-breaking new way to improve brain & body health that uses well-validated neuro-cognitive tasks to create a data-driven, engaging exercise and cognitive training experience.
BRAIN OPTIMIZATION
Improves overall physical fitness with a specific emphasis on increasing brain functioning for performing the following cognitive skills: memory, attention, language, processing speed, executive functioning and motor skill coordination. Our program aims to help reduce/delay the negative effects of aging on the brain.

BACKED BY SCIENCE
The Genius Gyms program is developed by Cognitive Psychologist, Dr. Sarah McEwen, who was trained at UCLA in the fields of neuroimaging, cognitive neuroscience and exercise-induced neuroplasticity. Dr. McEwen is also an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer and graduated from the UCLA Fitness Leadership program. Dr. McEwen’s academic research has been published in prestigious peer-reviewed journals and her exercise and cognitive training research projects have been funded by the National Institute of Health (including NIMH and NIA branches), Department of Defense and several other private foundations. The Genius Gyms training program has been featured on the Tennis Channel and Red Bull TV.
